Self-Vision

I’ve recently decided a good (maybe?) way for me to set goals is with visuals. My mom did this and I think she’s been able to live most of them. I specifically remember this picture of a woman she cut out of a magazine when I was little. The woman had the same coloring and style that my mom had. She was wearing white beach Capri-pants, a loose blue sweater and her hair was just above the shoulders. I am pretty sure the picture was taken at the beach. It evoked calm, warmth, peace, forward thought, comfort, and health (well, it did for me, now looking back). So, here is a start to my vision of myself. Whenever I post images under this, I will title it Self-Vision. (It will, of course, be dictated largely by what I am currently needing or interested in...curious to look back on one day.)

Ooh Katie. Those are really nice photos! Good goals.

I especially like the rocks. To me they say, "I will be strong yet delicate in a high-pressure world."

Word verification is "hohygo" (hee hee)

one more thing...

when i saw those pictures I thought, "These are so Katie." Maybe you don't have as far as you think to reach your goals.

Grace and I have totally been to that first one. That's in Rome, right? Maybe you guys were there, too? It was really crowded when we went.

Yes Matt, we've all been there. Let's go again!
